Registration Details

Please read carefully before you move on with registration!

VENDOR SPACE DETAILS (please read all)

  • Up to 4 (Four), 8' Tables can be purchased – If no physical table is required for your setup, please select “No table” when purchasing.  Any display that requires your own tables/fixtures must be pre-approved by CCAG.
  • Each vendor will receive two(2) Vendor Badges/Lanyards
  • Chairs are purchased separately.

Add-ons: The following items are extra and are not included in the price of a vendor table space.

  • Electric
  • Chairs
  • Additional Vendor Badges/Lanyards

Please note a few of things:

  1. There is a limit of 4 tables per vendor. Any amount above 4 will be refunded if not previously agreed upon by CCAG show.
  2. Only one (1) unit of electricity is needed to purchase if you require electric.
  3. Vendors returning from the previous year will retain their space from the last year unless you request a new space. All efforts will be made to honor requests, but they cannot be guaranteed.
  4. Red tables are electric accessible tables. Vendors requiring electric will be limited to those specific areas.
  5. Personal tables are not permitted without prior approval from CCAG.

VENDOR AGREEMENT:

By signing up as a vendor to Cleveland’s Classic Console and Arcade Gaming Show, you confirm that your setup does fit with the overall theme of the show, which includes the following:

  • All manner of video game consoles, computers and software from the start of the video game era to current.
  • Video game related or themed items such as memorabilia, crafts and custom hardware orsoftware.
  • Vintage toys, Games 70s, 80s, 90s
  • Video game themed displays and attractions.

I will not be selling illegal pirated copies of video game cartridges or discs. I understand that if it comes to the attention of the CCAG staff that I am indeed selling illegal pirate copies of games, I understand that I will be asked to leave without a refund.


REFUND POLICY:

100% Refund: More than 90 days from the event.

50% Refund: 61-89 days from the event.

25% Refund: 31-60 days from the event.

NO REFUND: 0-30 day from the event.
